Just in time to make me feel worse



Correction re: "mini-binge"

So I just calculated the calories in my self-described "mini-binge" this morning (see previous post).

It was not so "mini".

587 CALORIES !!! So basically I have to run for a thousand years today at the gym or I will probably wake up tomorrow looking like a Reese's peanut butter heart.

Ew. Just shoot me.

I hate mini candy bars


Just had a mini-binge on snack-size candy bars. Grrreat.

It's alright, it's still the morning so I have all day to burn it off, and I can cut calories from my other meals.

I am watching the latest episode of Intervention about this girl who is an over-exerciser/bulimic/alcoholic - and does not look like an over-exerciser, if you know what I mean.

Just took an Adderall, it's kicking in - bye, bye hunger! Good luck today everyone - think thin!

Girl-next-door thinspo: Marissa Miller



Second weigh-in of the day...

...and the scale says I'm now on the lower side of 140 lbs - that is a disgusting number - which is better than this morning. I have a speed and agility workout today for field hockey so that will help burn some calories and keep my metabolism going.

Two pieces of wheat toast with low-fat cream cheese for lunch, green tea, and a sugar-free Red Bull - I know, RB is really bad for you but I needed a pick-me-up.

Productivity is key

I am having the most intensely productive morning of all time.

That's why I love Adderall.

I have emailed 3457035679035 people - it honestly feels like that - but they were all important emails so I'm glad that it's done.

My boyfriend and I are back together - hurrrrah! - I missed him a lot and I'm going to visit him in March so I want to look hot and skinny for him - motivation ;-)

Eww...

After the weekend, I am back to 141 lbs. I also haven't had a BM in awhile (sorry if that's TMI), so once that happens maybe it will be different. Two things HAVE to change:

1. I have to swear off alcohol. It is empty calories and makes me bloated.
2. I have to restrict, even on the weekends - no excuses.

Update on February plan

So February being "the-month-I'm-going-to-lose-ten-pounds" was going great...until last night when my two best friends and I got ridiculously drunk and ate so much junk food, I can't even fathom it. I woke up in my room and there are un-opened (thank God!) packages of Oreo cookies and Doritos. Eww.

Back to restricting this week, and I am going to be extra good about going to the gym. Definitely need to run every day this week.

Today is the Superbowl and I refuse to eat calorie-laden nachos and chicken wings with my friends. Don't worry, I will be strong! Good luck today, everyone!

Midnight weirdness

The strangest thing happened to me last night.

I woke up suddenly at 3am and could not stop thinking about food. I was wide awake and my body was screaming "FEED MEEE!" I recently ran down the money on my school account (on purpose so I wouldn't binge on candy from that annoying vending machine) so there was no way I could even just have some handfuls of popcorn to satiate my hunger.

I ended up remembering that I had a half bar of Ghirardelli milk chocolate in my car and - I still cannot believe myself - I went all the way to my car in the middle of the night just to get the chocolate bar. Then I ate it and it was the weirdest thing - I was immediately dead tired. I got back in bed and went to sleep.

The chocolate bar was 330 cals, and because I ate it in the middle of the night I decided to split the calories between yesterday and today. So yesterday's total intake is now +165, and I started today with 165...you get the picture.

Day 3

So far my February plan has been a total success - I can definitely do this for 28 days.

Net calories for today --> 299

Everyone is pissing me off - starvation is annoying like that I guess.

I hope everyone else is doing well - think thin!

Woke up this morning and my stomach was flat as a board for the first time in awhiiile. So exciting...gotta keep it up!

Sleepless night

I literally slept less than 3 hours total last night. I kept tossing and turning. Randomly went out for a smoke, don't know why since I'm trying to quit this year...grrr.

Twice as randomly, I bought sweatpants online from Nike. At 4:30am.
